MOCA CUP CAKE

►Bahan :

6 Kuning telur
4 Butir telur
150 gr gula pasir
1/4 sdt cake emulsifier
160 gr tepung terigu
1 sdt susuk bubuk
100 gr margarine, lelehkan
Pasta moca secukupnya
Hiasan :
50 gr cokelat oles/pasta

►Cara Membuat:

1. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 175 derajat celcius Siapkan loyang Muffin,
beri kertas cup, sisihkan.
2. Kocok telur bersama gula pasir, cake emusifier, tepung terigu, dan susu bubuk
selama 7 menit hingga mengembang, masukan margarine cair, aduk rata,
tambahkan moka pasta, aduk rata, tuangkan kedalam loyang.
3. Panggang selama 20 menit hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Hiasan: Masukan pasta cokelat dalam plastik hias dan hiaslah menurut selera.
Simpan dalam lemari pendingin. Sajikan sebagai teman minum teh atau kopi.
Untuk : 12 buah

STRAWBERRY CREAM TART

►Bahan dasar :

1 bolu gulung seberat 400 gr,iris
Adonan isi:
350 gr Stroberi segar, haluskan
100 gr gula pasir
150 ml susu cair
1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk warna putih
500 ml krim kental, kocok
10 gr gelatin larutkan dengan 50 ml air hangat
Pelengkap : Stroberi segar

►Cara Membuat:

1. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang ukuran 22 cm, sisihkan
2. Tata irisan bolu gulung didasar dan pinggiran loyang
3. Adonan isi :
Stroberi yang telah dihaluskan campur dengan gula pasir, susu cair dan agar-agar,
aduk rata dan didihkan, angkat dan dinginkan
4. Krim kental kocok hingga mengembang kaku, campurkan ke adonan Stroberi
5. Gelatin yang telah dilarutkan, tuang kedalam adonan Stroberi, aduk rata
6. Tuangkan adonan isi kedalam loyang dan simpan dalam lemari pendingin selama
3 jam hingga mengeras
7. Hias dengan buah Stroberi segar dan sajikan dingin
Untuk 12 potong

BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE

►Bahan dasar :

200 gr biskuit
100 gr mentega tawar, lelehkan
Adonan isi:
250 gr cream cheese
100 gr gula bubuk
2 butir telur
10 gr gelatin, aduk dengan air panas 50 ml
500 ml krim kental, kocok
1 sdm parutan kulit jeruk lemon
Pelengkap : 1 kaleng Blueberry

►Cara Membuat:

1. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang ukuran 22 cm, sisihkan
2. Haluskan biskuit, masukkan mentega tawar yang telah dilumerkan,aduk rata
3. Adonan isi :
Kocok cream cheese hingga lembut, masukkan gula dan telur bergantian. Kocok
terus hingga mengembang, lalu masukkan gelatin yang telah dicampur dengan air
panas, aduk rata. Tambahkan krim kental yang telah dikocok kaku, parutan kulit
jeruk dan air jeruk, aduk rata.
4. Tuangkan setengah bagian adonan kedalam loyang dan tuang setengah bagian
Blueberry, tuangkan sisa adonan dan Blueberry diatasnya.
5. Simpan dalam lemari pendingin selama sedikitnya 4 jam hingga mengeras.
6. Sajikan dingin.
